Caswell Landscaping LLC provides service-based landscaping, landscape design, outdoor planning, installation, maintenance, and related property improvement services. We do not primarily sell or ship physical retail products through this website.

Because our business provides services rather than physical retail products, standard shipping options, shipping rates, and package delivery timelines generally do not apply.

Services are delivered by scheduling and performing work at the customer’s property or another agreed service location. Service availability, scheduling, and completion timelines may depend on the project scope, weather conditions, site access, material availability, labor availability, and other project-specific factors.
Materials Used for Services
Some services may require materials, plants, supplies, equipment, or other items needed to complete the requested work. These materials are typically purchased, delivered, or brought to the service location as part of the scheduled project and are not shipped separately to the customer unless specifically agreed in writing.
Scheduling and Location
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, property address, access instructions, and any relevant details needed to complete the service. If we are unable to access the property or perform the service due to incorrect information or unavailable access, the service may need to be rescheduled.
Service Area
Service availability may depend on the customer’s location and the type of work requested. Caswell Landscaping LLC reserves the right to decline or reschedule services outside of our normal service area or where site conditions prevent safe or reasonable completion of the work.
