Return and Refund Policy
Caswell Landscaping LLC provides landscaping, landscape design, outdoor planning, installation, maintenance, and related service-based work. Because our services involve scheduling, labor, planning, materials, and customized work, refunds are handled differently than standard product returns.
No Physical Product Returns
We do not accept product returns because Caswell Landscaping LLC primarily provides services, not physical retail products. Any materials used for a project are purchased or prepared specifically for the customer’s service needs.
Service Payments and Deposits
Payments, deposits, consultation fees, design fees, and service retainers may be required before work begins. Deposits are used to reserve scheduling, begin planning, purchase materials, and prepare for the requested service.
Non-Refundable Work
Payments may be non-refundable once work has started, materials have been ordered, labor has been scheduled, or design/planning work has been completed. Completed services are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a service should contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project, whether materials have been purchased, and whether labor or planning work has already begun.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, Caswell Landscaping LLC may offer a partial refund at its discretion if the service has not yet started or if only part of the work has been completed. Any approved refund may exclude costs for labor, materials, scheduling, processing fees, and completed planning or design work.
Customer Concerns
If there is an issue with a completed service, customers should contact us within 7 days of completion. We will review the concern and may offer reasonable corrections, adjustments, or another resolution when appropriate.
